caller states that some days the reports will balanace out but others the drawers woul be short a sgnificant amount of money

caller states that when trying to add why the registers are short they cannot come to a conclusion

caller would like to have local office look into the programming


conclusion:

there is a racoon that is using the cash to purchase crack....... look for a racoon with red eyes offering to perform less that admirable acts for cash.

It is pretty clear when you walk into my work and look around that we are a information, networking, and hardware company. But there are few that still do not quite understand what we do....... And they are now my little playthings.

I decided to take another peek at our stats today and found this little gem:

the location had deleted ws3 from the system

and the printers were moved unto workstation 4 server 1

this has caused a severe printing issue

since the fire the caller was inable to get the printers active
